
Berlin, Krakow & Auschwitz | May 3rd to 8th
- Recognized as a World Heritage Site, what remains of the multiple barracks and the gas chamber is protected and available for visitation all year round: for any traveler who enjoys history and understanding the reality of places, visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau is essential.

We will leave Lisbon on May 3rd (Fri) and disembark in the capital of Germany. Free night to visit the lively nightlife of Berlin.
On May 4th (Sat.), in the morning, we will take a walking tour, with a local guide, through the emblematic points of Berlin. Afternoon and night free.

On May 5th (Sunday) we will take a bus to Poland for an 8 hour journey. We will check in after 2pm and have the rest of the afternoon and evening free to explore the city, restaurants and bars.
On May 6th (Monday) we will take our trip to Auschwitz. We'll have the opportunity to discover a moving piece of World War II history on a 7-hour tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau, with transfers. We will travel to the camps, the guide will talk about the harrowing history of the camp as we walk.
We will visit the watchtowers, crematoriums, gas chambers and exhibits while hearing stories of the lives that were lost there. Your trip will conclude with transportation back to your Hostel accommodations.
Important: The tour to the former Nazi concentration camp, listed by UNESCO, is done with a local guide certified in Spanish.
Depending on the tour time, we will have either the morning and evening free, or the afternoon and evening free to visit the city.
On May 7th (Tuesday) we will take a tour to visit the Wieliczka Mines, which are on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage list and one of the oldest in the world.
On May 8th (Wed.) we will return to Porto/Lisbon.
A 2-minute walk from the East Side Gallery and a 5-minute walk from Watergate nightclub, this trendy hostel in Berlin's Friedrichshain district offers 24-hour reception and great transport links.
The Hostel offers modern rooms with incredible views of the city, and most have a private bathroom. Guests can use the property's common kitchen and laundry facilities.

Warschauer Straße Underground Station is opposite the property and offers quick connections to the city center. The S-Bahn (urban train) stops a 4-minute walk from the hostel and takes you to Alexanderplatz (square) in just 6 minutes.
Our Hotel offers accommodation in the historic center of Krakow, close to Planty Park. Thanks to its convenient location, guests have direct access to many shops, bars, pubs and restaurants.
The spacious, air-conditioned rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels and bathrooms with a bath and shower. Guests have free Wi-Fi in public areas.
A breakfast buffet is available every morning and can be purchased and paid for on site. The hotel's restaurant serves French and international dishes.
We will have Krakow's most popular places of interest within walking distance. These include St. Mary's Basilica, the Hall of Cloths (Sukiennice), and the Jagiellonian University.
